Sigh. Swoon. Spike, in the graveyard, picking up the rose in the rain, in front of
Julia. The symbolism is...not subtle. But his weariness is touching. Part
of my attachment to Spike is very apparent in this scene. The sadness and
simple acceptance of what is and will be is so overwhelming that I want
to bear the burden. Weird, I know. But I can't explain
it any better without sounding even more psycho. *weak laugh* I like Spike!
