I originally saw Future Cyber Formula GPX raw and unsubtitled at Nan
Desu Kan last October. It was okay, but I loved this guy’s character design.
I mean, look at his hair! I searched around but didn’t find any decent
shots of him until I happened across this cel at Animechaos. Woo hoo!
